Barbados registered an emphatic 124-run win to dethrone Jamaica in the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) Women’s Super50 final at the National Cricket Centre, Couva, yesterday.
The Bajans coasted to their second 50- over regional title after winning the toss and racking up a tournament- high 242 for seven, batting first in their allotted overs. Playerof- the-match, Kyshona Knight, led the way with a decisive 68 from 65 balls (two fours, one six) with Hayley Matthews also shining through an astute 53.

Congrats to the Barbados female team for winning. It seems like Jamaica's cricket teams this year have all hit a bad patch and as a result is not doing so well in regional cricket.
