West Indies likely to play a bilateral series against India
Cricket Sports
JAMAICA: West Indian Cricket Board (WCB) has approached other teams after Pakistan declined to play tri-series in Zimbabwe comprising West Indies, Zimbabwe and Pakistan.
According to reports, WCB is in talks with Indian Cricket Board for a bilateral series before September 30, to produce a chance of playing ICC Champions Trophy 2017.
Reports further suggest that BCCI has given a green signal to WCB for a three-match ODI series, the venue is to be decided yet.
It is pertinent to mention that if West Indies wins the series 2-1 against India, and Pakistan loses any single match against Zimbabwe, this would end Pakistan’s chances to play in the last edition of ICC Champions Trophy 2017.

Well I hope the BCI has forgiven the West Indies for their walk out series and if they do get a series then I don't think it will help the West Indies to qualify for the champions trophy in 2017.

If India did play Windies in an extra series, you would think it would be a 2nd string Indian side.
