Well Kevin really wants to play back for this English team despite what they did to him. If I were Kevin then I wouldn't accept an invitation to represent the current English team.

That's not how you play it when the country wants you to play for it.
When you stay patriotic you never will turn down an offer to play for the country.Revenge is not a part at all here.KP is thinking the right way.

He isn't going to play for England again, so he won't have to worry about turning down an invite.
Do you think KP should be in the team on merit alone? Or for nostalgia purposes? Bairstow is far more deserving of being in the team on current form (100+ average in the county championship this year), plus you have youngsters such as Hales, Vince, Billings and Bell-Drummond who are all better candidates than KP.

Bairstow even recently guided Yorkshire to a win over Worcs with a brilliant 74 and not to forget ALex hales.he can double up as a medium pacer apart from being a explosive opening batsman.
I now feel KP may just not be missed at all
