Australia wicketkeeper Brad Haddin will miss the second Ashes Test due to personal reasons. Haddin opted out of Australia's training session on Tuesday and it is expected that he will not play the Lord's Test.

Nevill and Haddin, both New South Welshmen, have a close relationship, with Haddin saying earlier on this tour

he was delighted to have Nevill as his reserve and potential replacement.
