Although T20 format has yet to prove fruitful for Bangladesh, they will be looking to build on their 7 wicket win against Pakistan in April.
South Africa have won the toss and elected to bat.
ABDV out in the first over! South Africa 2/1 (1 ovs).

Faf with a 35 ball 50. South Africa 84/3 (12 overs). South Africa should be looking at 165+ from here with plenty of wickets still in hand.

Fantastic last over from Shakib, yielding just 5 runs. Given South Africa's position, Bangladesh did well to restrict them to 148/4. After racing to a 35 ball 50, Faf scored just 29 runs from his last 26 balls. Without their first-choice bowlers, South Africa will do well to defend the total.

148 was not the toughest of targets but honestly Bangladesh crumbled like 9 pins. For an instance,SA spinners choked the batsmen better than the bangla spinners.
