WHAT THE HELL rEV MAKIN ALL DAT NOISE FOR ::confused:: ::confused::
look at the side now with looming urgent batting holes. what can we do but give Hope a shot and hope Hope is the real deal ::confused::
what...Rev is an impse now. never mind the the 34 average. Hope has been intermittent but this recent return was full of good things.
lil Nick Pooran got injured in an accident and is out for the moment. dat is real bad luck. he is one dat shud have made your list. he is on mines.
and always at the back of my mind is 30 year old Imran Khan. I would dearly love to check that chap out, to see what he has to offer at the test level...especially as an attacking spinner

Kraigg and Darren are good..worth piks
Jermain Blackwood is a puff...a nutsman at the crease. his future is not bright as I once thought it was
Dowrich is promising. I like the tons he scores as keeper. by now he has passed Hamilton from the Leekies..as keeper/batsman prospect. he is the go to guy after Ramdin.
ahhh Leon Johnson...... already 27 and not much to show for it. he is worth keeping around with some limited perspective as to what we can realistically expect from him. he is no fool as a batsman, he is consistent with his fifties but he is no great prospect.

Marlon Samules is a kind of powder puff batsman..at the lower reaches of west indian batsmen historically who kept a place in the team over time. he is not Richardson who was a tuff out yet had all the shots in the book and more...and could deal with any and all bowlers during his time
Samules cant deal with the tuff bowlers around currently, and during his career. but can score small tons when he is going. Samules has a miserable attitude and is not the best influence on the team. it matters not tome if he is on the team or not. were I the one who pik the team he wud not be on it at all
neither Devon Smith
Ramdin is worth his place on the side/Shive still but is close to done
and Holder must become a batsman good enough to bat from bat from 3 to 6...and bowl when he is needed, especially when conditions favour the movement of balls other than that he is useless
as it stands Holder is not better that Brabits by any measurement..neither with bat or ball nor in the field

west indies needs players of class. we need to spruce up the competitions and establish a system of incentives that can attract to the game again the best regional talent

The West Indies should just play t20 with the current players they have at the international level and make the under 24 players play in the test and odi games. It is better to lose with a very young team than having these senior players who will not get any better.

Mapster , because a Loss is a Loss :
whether you lose as a 24 year old youth OR you lose as a 44 year old veteran : IN T20s
Brad Hogg filled in for Sunil Narine, playing after three months, and finished with 1 for 18 in four overs

Its ONLY Mail , Ramesh and Mapoui concern with AGE : for "obvious" reasons and an Agenda
India men with millions of $$$ HIRE a 44 year old in their XI : over young Trini "pelter" Sunil Narine ;D
