In Test matches, their hegemony prevails everywhere but India, where the SG ball is used
England and the West Indies, where the Dukes ball is.

Well the 1st Test tour of India starts on Thursday October 4th 2018 (3.5 years after this thread was posted)
AND all 3 players you identified will be playing ! But guess what ?
Neither of these makers ball will be used ~

West Indies coaching regime, headed by Stuart Law and Nic Pothas, were keen to use a Kookaburra
in this series on the basis that England have a history of struggling to gain much movement with it.
They were also keen to play on slower, lower surfaces, such as in Guyana
in the hope of negating England's seamers and exploiting a perceived weakness in their batting.
