This will be recurring story for all new Wondian talent.
The moment they start blossom in Test cricket some Mindian will dump a shyteload of money at their doorstep and off to the IPL they go.

Well if the West Indies cricket board not paying them enough and also the fact that their time in West Indies cricket is uncertain given that they could be dropped and left in the wilderness, why not take the opportunity to play in the ipl if you get the chance?

Antigua & Barbuda PM Gaston Browne on TMS: "We had to pay half a million US dollars to the West Indies Cricket Board to stage this game. But with all the tourists here, we feel we get a good return - we had in excess of 10,000 people here on the first day, and 5-6,000 today. We're subsidising the game so more people are here."
