West Indies trail by 244 runs with 6 wickets remaining in the 1st innings
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

Paint did nothing wrong. He played that ball well, defensively into the ground, but got unlucky.
Samuels got out like a true dunce.
Devon Smith can't bat - this has been scientifically proven - so anything he does from 2008 onwards at the international level is purely the fault of selectors.
Bravo's dismissal was interesting. Ten minutes before he got out, I told my friend "look how he's leaving the ball, with his blade lifting and dipping at the same time- he's going to leave and edge and get caught soon".
Bravo has been downgraded fro prima-donna to Lazy Lara.
All up to Shiv and Blackwood now. Ramdin and Holder might chip in too.

Speaking on Test Match Special, Graeme Swann described England's bowling as "dull as dishwater." Big morning session tomorrow.

Clearly Shiv is setting himself up to break Mudassar Nazar's record for slowest Test century! Shiv's current slowest Test century is 336 balls.
