I had originally predicted an Australia/South Africa final and so I will stand by that. The South Africa/New Zealand game should be a run-fest (although I thought South Africa/Sri Lanka would be too and that didn't turn out that way), especially due to the short boundaries at Auckland. I am excited to see Boult/Southee vs Steyn/Abbott/Morkel.

Once again Kiwis have home advantage.

Kohli has terrible ODI stats vs Oz in Oz ....
From Rev :
18.80 Virat Kohli's batting average in ODIs against Australia in Australia.
He has scored 94 runs from six innings with a highest of 31.
Outside Australia, Kohli averages 75.14 against them and has scored three hundreds and two fifties in nine innings.

I understand that they need to have a rain day built into the schedule but is anyone else disappointed that the second semi-final wasn't played today?
One impressive stats I read today regarding India, is that they have lost a total of just 3 games across the last five ICC tournaments. They have won 28.
Another interesting stat, Suresh Raina (112.14) is one of only two Indian batsman with a strike rate over 100. By comparison, Australia have 7 batsman with a strike rate of 100+, with Maxwell leading the way at 183.53.

I would say it's 50-50 between India and Australia. Let's see if we can get a match going on tomorrow.

Oz need to not be over confident nor complacent in this semi-final.........
Other than that it's a gimme for me despite talk about IND not being the same as in TRI-series
Go AUS !!!.......
