New Zealand will play three one-day internationals and two Twenty20 internationals in a short cricket tour of South Africa in August.
Cricket South Africa confirmed its schedule for the coming season which includes major inbound tours by Australia and England.
The Black Caps, who tour England in May and June, will visit South Africa for T20 matches in Durban and Centurion, on August 14 and 16, then three ODIs in Centurion (August 19), Potchefstroom (August 23) and Durban (August 26).
New Zealand beat South Africa in their last ODI series in the republic in 2013.
The Future Tours Programme, which is being re-negotiated between individual nations, also had a short limited-overs series pencilled in for the Black Caps in Zimbabwe, before or after the South African tour, but that is yet to be announced.
