England finish on 303/8. They lost their way in the final 10 overs (scoring just 59 runs) and the score looks to be maybe 15 runs light. Good to see Bell in the runs again.

England did really well, I thought. They have quite a strong batting line up now.
Australia, meanwhile, fielded a slightly under-strength team and still won.

Bell finding form would be a huge boost to the batting lineup. I am still concerned with the front line seamers, Broad has not looked great and I am not convinced Woakes is good enough.

I understand why England don't want to use two spinners in their bowling attack but by dropping Treadwell they are omitting one of their most economical bowlers (4.77). By comparison, Broad is at 5.25 and Woakes at 5.80.
