Pakistan all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez has been reported over a suspect bowling action after the first Test against New Zealand in Abu Dhabi, the International Cricket Council (ICC) said Thursday.

“Look, I have not changed my action. It’s the same for 11 years now, so I am confident and have no worries over my action,†he said last month.

I knew this was going to happen when he got the stumping. But I don't get it, he bowled so many overs against the aussies but no report, and now he gets reported? What happened? All of a sudden rules for reporting changed or something?
There should be a clear cut method described for reporting a bowler, or they should just make every bowler take the test before he can play, it should not be on the umpires to report.
