Calcutta: The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB), which has egg on its face, had actually asked the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to “warn†ODI captain Dwayne Bravo and the rest about possible IPL-specific sanctions.
Bravo and a host of others earn hundreds of thousands of dollars from the IPL franchises.
Not wanting to do somebody else’s dirty work, the BCCI declined, arguing that it was the WICB’s “exclusive responsibility†to manage its players.

Its more clearer than, the WICB was more at fault as well. They should have sorted out the issue before the tour.
