I have suggested this before but my contention is that until the best people are selected to run the WICB free of a dominant ethnicity, insularity, nepotism etc it will never work.

By suggesting this does not imply you have dominance another without merit.

Dinas was confromtational when he needed to ahve been and the fact of this fiasco tells you what he had to contend with.
