Because Pybus penalised Sunil for NOT abiding by his silly deadline !
because Beckles and Hillaire saw Gayle as a drug DON.
because Pollard is a rank shytehound !

Brian Lara the former west indies captain has claimed that there must be changes made to the West Indies Cricket Board to help the nation's cricketers return to the top of the sport.
There have been continual issues between players and West Indies officials in recent years, and fabled batsman Lara is certain that addressing the problems is a necessity if they are to build an outstanding team across all formats.
"For me, West Indies' problems don't lie with the players," Lara told reporters. "It's far deeper than that, with the organisation, what they are doing to enhance our cricket from a very low level.
"You look at some of our players, they are the most sought-after players in the IPL - the likes of Sunil Narine, Chris Gayle, Kieron Pollard - why as a team you can't put it together?
"I believe the structure they are playing in, away from home, seems to be a little more organised than what they are accustomed to."
The West Indies begin a tour of India next month, playing five one-day internationals, one Twenty20 game, and two Test matches.

Well I say the players are also to be blamed for the team's poor performance. After all its not the coach or the board members that go out on the field of play. Cricket is one of the few sport where I believe that a coach at the international level really can't make the team win or do much during a match to achieve victory. The board needs to improve its organization but the players are also to be blamed.

Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
