Rahim said: "It doesn't depend on me, I have said it before. It is hard to leave [the captaincy] when the team is going through a bad patch. The challenge is to return to the good days, and I hope I can do that before leaving the position.
"It is not my decision, but it is for those who have appointed me. Whatever is good for the team, I will agree to it. There is always pressure on a player, regardless of captaincy.
"It is the board's decision. If they think it [changing the captain] is good, then definitely."
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

He can do jack shit tbh, the batting is just weak as piss, especially without Shakib. They should take care of that department. And in fairness they get a few tests far and between, so that doesn't really help either.
But yeah it's the batting that's at fault.

Even if shakib gets back it still will look fragile especially if there is a top order collapse..
Also..YES..No denying that..They need better exposure and they need to change their perspective in how they go abt things. It is going to be a tough makeover.
