Former Leicestershire captain Paul Nixon tells BBC East Midlands Today there has to be changes at the club after another poor season and the departure of three of their best young players.

Josh Cobb has followed Shiv Thakor and Nathan Buck in leaving the club, who will have gone two seasons without a County Championship victory if they fail to beat Derbyshire next week.

Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

Reports are circulating that Ashley Giles, along with Wasim Khan are being considered for the position of Leicestershire's vacant chief executive role.

I kept closing my eyes and then rubbing and opening them again and sat transfixed as I watch that unbelievable partnership between John Campbell and Shai Hope. What a magnificent performance by these two! It just goes to show that patience, determination and effort can go a long way to improve the performances of the West Indies team.
