I watched all of Gabriel's first spell. From what I saw, he was very good. Set up good traps and bowled with a plan. Got the ball to move too.
Roach was a waste, with no control and no two balls in the same area. No speed either.
Holder had the best economy rate, but that's just because of his height and bounce. He never looks like he's about to take a wicket.
I'd drop Roach for Bishoo and play 2 spinners.

For me his first spell was just decent but given the garbage served up by Taylor and Roach it was like a "breath of fresh air".
Warrican's first spell was also decent and of course he got those 2 good wickets.
As you say Holder is steady but definitely lacks penetration.
I really don't see how the WI can continue playing Roach but then is the WI we talking about.
Also IMO Holder's captaincy was unimaginative.
