Rubel Hossain to Blackwood, OUT, and Rubel looks like he may have just struck here as he delivers an almost yorker-length delivery on middle and leg, with this one reversing as Blackwood missed the ball, with the ball striking the pads.

The umpire's finger goes up quite soon after the appeal, but Blackwood issues the review almost instantaneously.

Replays show that the bat is not involved, but that it is just a matter of the ball's proximity to leg stump. Blackwood was ready to walk off before Chanderpaul intervened, but again, this does look quite conclusive. It shows umpire's call for the wicket, so the decision will stand as Blackwood is given his marching orders.

If you want to make a point about strike rate then do so sensibly.

You are comparing a chap who just in, trying to speed up the scoring rate to another who has batted almost 40 overs.

However my previous comment was about yesterday and having had time today to watch the game the commentators have commented on how pedestrian the scoring was yesterday. It might be that this is not the easiest pitch to bat on but Dujon is piling it on Shiv.

This morning Shiv's strike rate is around 70 so he is batting with a declaration in mind. That is good to see and hope he gets to 3 figures for the team.

In the absence of excellent bowling and/ or exceptional conditions. Shiv's SR of 29 yesterday is poor, but only the objective ones can see this.

unfair comparison in my opinion. He had just come in and can take some time to get used to the conditions. His bowling though was very impressive. Immaculate line and length and very consistent throughout his spells.

Those of us who lived through Victory Days ..can't help but wishful thinking
