51 runs off almost 200 balls at a strike rate of 28 is not "workmanlike".

Indeed, given the game conditions (rain delay, WI needing to win all games to not lose ICC points, weak Bangla bowling, leaving sufficient time to bowl Bangla out twice etc) it is "irresponsible".
