Slow left-armer Elias Sunny will replace Shohag Gazi, who has been reported by the ICC for a suspect action, for the two-Test series against the West Indies due to begin on September 5.
Ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan — whose disciplinary suspension will be lifted on September 15 — will replace Gazi in Bangladesh’s Asian Games squad which will take part in a T20 tournament in Incheon, Korea starting later that month.
“Gazi has to go through a series of visa processes and he does not have much time. He needs to get his action tested within 21 days of being reported. (He was reported on August 22). So we decided to not only replace him in the Tests but also for the Asian Games,†said the Bangladesh Cricket Board’s (BCB’s) media committee chairman Jalal Yunus.
Sunny, who last played international cricket in 2013 in Sri Lanka, is expected to be a backup for the uncapped Taijul Islam in the Tests.
Shakib, on the other hand, will restart his career after a two-and-a-half-month gap with the Asian Games.

I hope Taijul Islam guy takes his place. Elias Sunny's bowling isn't all that. Taijul has been very consistent for their domestic side.
And just realized Rubel Hossain is in the test squad - what the ever lovin frack for?
