I wish  Harper the very best in his new role and Dujon? That was a surprise but he has been doing his coaching so that is great Richard Pybus has gone for local talents... well done Richard along with the many other changes you have made.

Not sure when these roles become effective but there we have one very ordinary cricketer and a very good keeper batsman.

I only remember Harper for a run out whilst bowling for the Windies but he has had some success with the A team but surprised he has not been a contender for his native Guyana.

I think these are good selections and I wish them well.

I am pleased Vivian was not selected for either Coaching roles and whilst a great player all of his previous involvements in administration/ Coaching have been disastrous....


What is the full Management structure? Is Richie still the Manager and when do Hooper and Duje take over?

I knew Richard would do a good job but follow due process. Getting rid of Gibson was a major task because of his contract.


I have suggest he keeps Shiv on as a mentor and baiting coach for at least 1 year following his retirement not just for batting but to ensure the void Tiger leaves is not without his presence.

I tend to agree with Ketchim and MAPPIPPEE that there is no real need for a head coach unless this person is to players what Clarke is to captaincy.


However Richard should travel with the team for overseas tours.
