Herath is a great spinner on a day 5 worn down pitch :

Over 1000 runs were scored prior to his top spin !

He was poor.

The PCB should appoint a vice captain and groom him.

But even then there would be a ruckus that the new captain will learn from Misbah.   

Nobody is seeing what herath did there,Pakistan just ran out of luck,it was just a minute before they rains that they won it.
Misbah ought to take responsibility,but only partially.Appreciate what the opponnet managed to do in such a short span.Kudos to SL..

Err what? Why? Pakistan lost a game that they could have drawn because of their spineless batting. Batting was possible, Sarfraz showed that till the end. Misbah doesn't get any blame for this loss except for maybe his batting.

I am not sure I agree with that too much. You cannot really fault the guy over one loss. His captaincy was poor yes, specially in the last one hour of play, but nothing that requires immediate sacking. I think this is where he reaps the rewards for the good work he has put in over the years. The entire Pakistani batting was shambolic.
