How wonderful it is to see my favorite teams practices and here I am catching up with the West Indies Cricket team to see some of their practice session which happened last year I know it is old news but as a coach that trains small children I learned a lot from this. I really want the sport of cricket to grow in my area most people do not even know what it is my players parents like the work we do but they ask us why cricket? why not coach baseball Michael? well we want something different and interesting.Some of these players are not with the team any more.

I can't enjoy those practice sessions and I love to watch only 'original' matches. As a coach it's obvious you enjoy practice sessions. Moreover, practice sessions really help you to shape your coaching tactics and practises.
