RAMDIN IS YET TO WIN A TOSS
* The law of average favors him winning the toss in Barbados.
* WIN TOSS AND BAT.

HOPE RAMDIN LEARNED A LESSON FROM SRI LANKA
* No matter how much the tail blocks and pokes and defends, you have to keep attacking.
* Recently Ramdin was giving the NZ tail free runs by spreading his field.
* YOU HAVE TO ATTACK THE TAIL RAMO.

I do not want to be overly critical of Ramo in only his third test although both Walsh and Bishop ar.
That said Ramdin is not pressurising enough. 8 wickts down get your strike bowlers back on.
Some field plcings as well o the new tailenders. Come on Ramo sort it out mate.

Ramdin is not in charge. he has a lot of experience as a captain but he is not in charge of this west indies team. it makes a huge difference with an over-bearing coach with all the power concentrated in him. it weakens the captain considerably.
he obviously thinks different from the coach but he is carrying out the coachs policies not his own. he does not have the men on the side who would be able to what he thinks should be done. he would do different and select differently
there are many voices up in there more powerful than Ramdins.
I don't envy Ramdins position right now. it is not a good one. it is clear that he did not want Holder on the side. he bowled him for 10 overs.
the administrative structure with the head coach concentrated power is not a good one..not conducive to allowing the captain free rein, to expose himself so we can judge him properly.
they must get rid of the coach position of eliminate the captaincy..reduce it..call it by a name conducive to the need for lackeys like Sammy to fill it. that is what the captaincy now requires..lackeys and non-entities like Sammy and Skook in england
any time real men become captain there is bound to be friction between the captain and coach. they have to decide what they want..a coach and an emasculated cipher captain..or a powerful and competent captain fully in charge with all the benefits there-of?
the captain came with the game..not the coach. get rid of the coach. the position is a problem and waaaaaaaaaaaay too expensive
