my last entry on this issue!
I dont know of any reverse racism in RSA.
there were no allusions or references to reverse racism on the thread, so there was no need for me to get into it.
if you believed there is reverse racism in RSA and relevant to this issue then you should have raised it in the normal manner by stating your opinion that reverse racism is real and was a factor in the Amla appointment as captain of RSA.
why have you raised it now in personal attack on me? did I prevent you from raising that aspect that might have been relevant in ways you saw?
I had nothing to do with that. I never even thought of it in relation to the thread. if you have something to say about it say it. what the hell does it have to do with me?
I have had enough of this. we suppose to have fun here as well as advance ourselves with good debate...which at times may lead to good research and extended discussion to the benefit of us all. I have no idea why you have descended to all this nonsense of yours but it is of no benefit to me.

I'll say one last thing on this topic - there was political interference in the selection of the South African team long before Amla even made his international debut, and there was no "Pakistani/Indo" involvement in the team at that stage. But you can go on believing what you want to believe.
I came to this board to discuss cricket, not to be attacked in this manner, so I doubt I'll be back.

Gina,
Sports in South Africa and the Windies have one thing in common, you cannot separate the issues of ethnicity, prejudice, merit etched. Clearly South Africa has been and perhaps still is of a greater magnitude.
I would not leave if I were you as you have friends here and it is good to hear your perspective.
