If it doesn't affect his batting, I would probably pick AB. Otherwise Amla. I'm not so sure about Faf's captaincy. Amla has captained U19 side or something, yes?

Well this was going to happen someday. I think Amla is a better choice in this case because AB is already captaining the ODI side and this will give them a good comparison between the two also so the captain can be obtained for the long haul, rather than constantly changing captains.

India has done well in that department. Dhoni has led his side well.
