New Windies captain Ramdin wants greater effort from batsmen

I think Ramdin is right including himself.

A likkel note in de batsmen's pockets should do de trick !!! 

Yea sometimes I could never really understand the West Indies at times. When you really sit down and breakdown the team you would be able to see that they really have a great team and when it comes to the batting line up the West Indies have one of the best lineups out there. Now I don't understand why when the West Indies have the chance to put teams away they never do they always end up making some really bad decisions that really put them in tough positions to win. So I agree with Ramdin in asking his batsmen to give him a better effort but he himself from his whole career has never really put on a batting performance to talk about other than the time when he had the note in his pocket but other than that I don think that there has ever been a time when he consistently scored lots of runs consistently.

Drop Gayle and Samuels forever, move Shiv up the order, bring in Kurk and Paint, bring in Dwayne Bravo, persist with Powell for one more season and try Pollard and Simmons in tests.
