Powell isn't a certainty (or shouldn't be) for the XI at the moment anyway. I mean I do hope he improves a lot and whatnot, but to say this now is WOW.

The fact that Pybus has not visited Guyana does not mean he is not pivotal as he certainly was in the removal of Sammy.


He recently had his plan supported by the board and now it is onto resourcing this plan. I am sure he will get around the Caribbean in time but keep in mind he will work through the local boards, as is appropriate.
