I would not have thought Pakistan needed one.

Yeah, weird. Their spinners are doing fairly well already - Ajmal, Babar and those waiting in the wings like Abdur Rahman or whomever that may be.
I think they really need to hire a good batting coach though.

You do ot have to sit on your laurels for fear when the need arises the situation is far gone, however what Pakistan need, is not talent which they have in great abundance, rather stability in its administration so you have sustained selection.


They change personnell and players far too often, therein lies the problem for me.


They probably have the greatest talent pool which is wasted.
