The England Cricket Board has, for the first time, awarded women with professional playing contracts. It’s also been announced that there are plans for a women’s Big Bash League in two years’ time. There are still massive disparities in pay, exposure and everything else, but at least there is a slow but tangible push from the powers that be for progressing the women’s game.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

Yeah what Jesuina said. At least a step in the right direction. I don't know if woman's BBL would materialize, I REALLY hope it does - although I do know that there's less viewership and whatnot.
Either way equal pay would be hopefully achieved soon.
