The CPL administrators are very astute people who know what it is they are doing. They timed the CPL just right when the T20 pool of mostly top notch players from the various cricketing nations are available.
The WICB should play close attention to their organizational and managerial skills and take pattern of and on how to administrate a cricketing organization.
