The first 15 minutes is about his role at the WICB which he has explained clearly and objectively focussing on a report of recommendations he ahs done for the Board to be addressed this month.
It is a good listen to get an insight into his thinking, his knowledge of the caveats/ barriers to achieving success, his focus on grass roots up through the teams etc.
What was not asked was who does Gibson report to and I assume it is him.
Importantly his answer around resistance to change, even in a failing environment, is an interesting perspective.

I think for those of us wanting immediate changes, it just will not happen.
One would have though after the Indian and NZ debacle heads would have rolled and most will hold that against RB.
Not sure he is responsible for the appointment of the Captain and Gibson's legal term may prevent him from making any change there anyway.
Good listen.

The board needs to make decisions on the involvement of international players in domestic cricket and the availability of players. Historically there have been issues with the players' association, which has created challenges from a legal perspective with regards to being able to call on players to be able to play.
I wasn't part of it, wasn't part of that time. I need to look at the state of the game now and make recommendations based on what I believe is the best for West Indian cricket going forward.
As you say, if you want to get sponsorship, you need to have your best players playing in the competition, you need that from a selection perspective as well so that you have a full complement of players fighting for spots and competing hard, including pressure for every spot in three formats.

Why was so much of that focused on PAK??? ::yawn::
Well day umm !! ... Pybus has talked the talk, now needs to walk his talk ....
His biggest problem in implementing his focus may well be the people who employed him to do just that !!! ....

Ketch it is done automatically. Lol.
I have never heard anyone with an all round view on the development of cricket from schools to country, professionalism and pitches.
He was realistic about his vision, required resources and constraints. Information is being shared which wa not the case before.
This month his report is being put in front of the board.
