The factor has more assistant coaches than Burnham had vice presidents!!!  I really can't believe WICB putting up with this crap!!  >:(

Unless you have great success, your contract should not be extended for anymore that a year.


It just does not happen except the WICB based success on winning a T20 tournament which in no way shapes your future success at the important formats.


Should Windies win again, he will become coach for life.
