I know that HC has been brought in to full fill some purpose the elites have in mind fuh the game consistent with their interest in the game..not necessarily to make the game as a game better.

the people's interest in the game is different..and it does not require any HC.  but looking from the peoples perspective I do not expect the elite position to change.  I expect at some point for the popular interest to rise up and reform all of the nonsense the elites have done that's what
