The problem has been the same for years. Even as India climbed tothe top of the ICC test rankings in November 2009, and even as theymanaged to stay there for the next 21 months before being dethronedby England, it was there, hovering, like a dark cloud. Quite a numberof experts mentioned it, and it was clear to distant observers -- andto homebound ones not blinded by patriotism -- that as good as theother parts worked, the malfunctioning part would eventuallycompromise the whole.
It ought to be apparent by now that I am referring to Indiasperennially threadbare pace attack. Turning surfaces at home wherespinners thrive and pacers weep, does not facilitate the developmentof high quality fast bowlers. That fact matters little when the teamplays at home; it is when they travel abroad that it becomesproblematic.

Sadly i need to concur with this article.Indian fast bowlers are just toddlers in terms of fast bowling. This seems like a bit of "scarce" here.Nobody is willing to take up fast bowling as an option.Every Kid over here aspires to be sachin Tendulkar, and none a Dale Steyn.
We found guys who can clock the 150 barrier, but sadly they are too wayward or they don't have the fitness to last long.
Can countries barter players.?? ;D

Who are the "guys"? I think Yadav could maybe go to higher 140s, but other than that, who? I can't think of many 150ish bowlers, like Milne or someone. Shami is okay pacewise, but not "quick" per se.
I would actually persist with Yadav and hope that he can add more variations to the repertoire.

Aaron can clock 145-150 and there is this guy called Pankaj singh who clocks 140-142 consistently.
I apologize for the word "guys"
Also, shami is a brilliant find for India and he should be groomed well and WRT yadav,he is recuperating well after some muscle tear or so.He might play in the future tours but not this one.
P.S : We have never had guys who can clock 150+ consistently...never..not even in history.
