* It is totally foolish to harbor any positive expectation for the current West Indies team.

* Only someone who enjoys being hurt and disappointed would expect the West Indies to win a match.

* If you don't want to be hurt and disappointed----harbor no expectation----or just expect the WI to lose every match.

* Miracles do occur.

* Look! The WI won the first onedayer against NZ----and they drew one test----thanks to rain.

* So in 2014 do yourself a favor folks---when it comes to WI cricket---stop harboring expectations---just have the attitude---whatever happens---happens.

I think there is a lack of professionalism within the WI set up. Richardson alluded to it a few back when he said that players sit around in the dressing room when they arrive at the ground. It is hinted at again here WI thought the game would be called off and were not in the right frame of mind. Coach Gibson and captain Bravo need to take responsibilty and install some urgency into the camp.

Where are WI placed on the ICC rankings now ??
