Shane Shillingford did everything to rectify bowling action

If one has inculcated, through practice over many years, an action it is virtually impossible to change it as it becomes natural.

I understand Shillingford's action was pulled up, a long time ago so there has always a been a cloud over his head.

The best bit of advice Shillingford should have been given on his way through the system was to bowl in a round armed manner.

The chap does, however, seem to have some grit about him which West Indies will sadly lose.
