As an ardent cricket fan the Rev is entitled to shower and bestow praises upon those players he deems worthy of his recognition.

The Maximum Leader is likely the most loyal and dedicated cricketer to have ever represented the West Indies---we know for sure that he has played in more tests than any other WI cricketer---and so praising the great man when he performs exceptionally should not draw annoyance or indignation from anyone----unless of course they are secretly peeved by the amazing success the great man has achieved in his profession and they are longing to see him gone before 11,953.

Spot on and absolutely well said.
It might be a practice match but to win fosters winning, to score runs get you in the right groove. Whether it is FC or List A you have to do what is necessary.
Jet lag my Royal backside, they are all jet lagged but the fact is they all did well so good preparation and hope the team competes when the Tests come around.
I do not expect Windies to win a Test but I hope they do well.
