ok, so if Bosai is supplying the electricity and receiving all monies for same .....
and if the Gov't is subsidizing something that Bosai is profiting from ....
then the Gov't has the right to remove subsidy, no?

Removing subsidy means charging the regular rate like every one else , what is so difficult in understanding that? What makes the Lindeners so special and what are they contributing to the country.
If you ask me the sugar workers and rice farmers should recieve subsidised electricity for being productive members of society
