the funniest thing that i encountered was alot and i mean alot of ppl asking me where i was from. when i would say Canada, they would ask where is my background from, when i would say Guyana, they would say "but you look indian"

then i would have to explain that indian ppl are all over the world, scattere rather, courtesy of the British....how could they not know that?
