Blacks Miss Out as Jobs Rebound in New York City

Over half of all African-Americans and other non-Hispanic blacks in the city who were old enough to work had no jobs this year, according to an analysis of employment data.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

really, is that racial discrimination or just that there isn't enough jobs? or jobs these ppl won't do, or Qualify to do...why do you continue to post head lines, can you atleast post the whole article rass.
