Yes In Bengali "Neta" Means Leader & "Ji" can be included when someone is mentioned. The word "Neta" is listed in our Bangla academy book as our own Bengali word. If the word is not ours I don't care.
One story.
From our village one person had gone to Saudi Arabia. he went there for work, the guy was illiterate. So when he came back the village people asked him "'How do Saudia Arabia people talks ? he said that they always use Arabic language to talk but The ""Azan/Adhaan"' is in Bengali. But the thing is "Azan/Adhaan is always is in Arabic in the whole world. He is used to listen this arabic language when he was in the womb of his mother , So this became his language. Like Netaji is ours.
