JOPPATOWNE, Maryland (AP) — The college student suspected of killing and eating parts of a man staying at his home ranted months ago about "mass human sacrifices" on Facebook, one of several details that emerged Friday in the second gruesome case of alleged cannibalism in the U.S. in a week.
Authorities say Alex Kinyua, 21, admitted using a knife to kill and carve up Kujoe Bonsafo Agyei-Kodie, 37, before eating his heart and parts of his brain. The older man had been staying with the Kinyua family for about six weeks at their townhouse in the Baltimore suburb of Joppatowne.

I will try and see if I can find the article again but there have actually been around 7 "cannibal" attacks in the US/Canada in the past 14 days! Creepy! Originally they were trying to say the Florida guy got some bad cocaine, but his girlfriend whom he lived with said he never used anything stronger than marijuana. I wonder if they will release the autopsy results on him.

(CNN) -- A bear ate the corpse of a convicted killer in a wooded area of Canada, according to authorities.
The mauled body of Rory Nelson Wagner, 53, was found in a rural area in southern British Columbia on Wednesday evening, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police said.
Police believe Wagner was already dead in a 1986 Volkswagen Jetta when the black bear broke into the vehicle, ate some parts of him and dragged the rest of the body away.
"The driver's window of the vehicle was down and investigators noted numerous muddy animal prints and scratches on the car," police said.
Officials "discovered the body in the surrounding bush, about 120 meters from the vehicle," police said.
