See...you have a few things that are supporting the stock market:
Stable dollar strengthening
Low Interest Rates
Cheap Oil
Tight lending by the banks
Now when you put those factors into the mix, you will find that more money flows into the markets.

More importantly how does this affect Commercial Banks :
what will they do with Consumer Loans, Cerdit cards an Mortgage rates .
Recall 18% mortgages back in the 80s

Bond Market should be the least concern for the average Citizen
as well as the Dow , as well as GDP.
Credit cards, Car Loan , Mortgages et cetera .

Bank of Canada raise 25 basis points
which is really the overnight lending rate to the Commercial Banks
The commercial banks then raise a full point to the Citizens >
send people mortgages Crazy
