a 'normal' striving, developing africa, an example to the world... would be at a stage at which it can force a start to such negotiations, even to command compensation.

africa as it is currently, seems set for another round of massive exploitaion, slavery and genocide. 

compensation ideas and talk appear to be a very long way off..if at all :evil:
