I am finding this all over ORGANIC PRODUCTS...products labelled ORGANIC in supermarkets and oher types of food store....
here is Thai Kitchen's organic coconut milk containing guar gum, at @3.39 a can...on special.
Guar Gum is a concentrate of the guar bean that is pure sugar.
on top of the process of making Guar Bean products apparently has been contaminated with DIOXINS, making it harzardous to human health.
the market for guar bean internationally is up to 80% controlled by India.
this is what passes for ORGANIC nowadays.

I came to find this because over a period of about 6 months I bought and ate romaine and got sick to my stomach after eating it... as well as had an insulin attack.
the form of diabetes I suffered from is spearheded by low blood sugar and insulin attack when I eat sugar in any form at al,l including carbohydrates. no need to list what insulin attack does to the body.
so I went through a process of elimination. how in the hell could romaine do that to me. I used to eat it all the time safely. I used to grow it in my home garden at my house.
I cant eat carbohydrates so I fill myself up on the green veggies I can eat...those that do not trigger insulin attack. I can eat a whole, huge romaine at one go. and thats what I did.
after the first romaine with the trouble.. I bought some again recently with the same effect from just one leaf. that is when I was certain it was the romaine.
I was really pissed for the illness it engendered. and also I do not want to diminish my diet any further. there is a very limited list of food I can eat safely from.
so looking for an answer I found this above here...MAP..atmospeheric packaging... a film of sugar, made up of nauseating ingredients which makes one sick to the stomach, and triggers insulin attack.
and the trouble is, it is found even on ORGANIC ROMAINE.
this is what the ORGANIC INDUSTRY has come to!
