i will pipe in now. so have to have a resolution or the house will neva get sold. it will come up during survey and closing

A permit is required only if it is necessary to cut thecurb
The city will charge you to cut the curb
Legally, certain percentage of front lawn is required tobe grass
But that is not enforced, only if your neighbourcomplained

Yeah .....too much driveway asphalt !
Takes away from the Curb Appeal of the general neighbourhood :
AND decreases property value.
Green Grass = More GreenBacks for your property !

so cappo - how do i fight this? i dont understand why someone would complain???? we dont bother anyone...why would my driveway be a problem for someone when everyone on the street parks like 5 cars or more on the driveway?
cappo what are my options?
