Joe Judge turned 38 last week. He coached the Patriots special teams from 2012-2019 (he added WR duties this season) and coached Alabama's special teams 2009-2011. He has never been a coordinator or head coach at any level.

Feels like the Giants were being cheap and didn’t want to pay Rhule. Or Gettleman still thinks he’s smarter than everybody else. Hope he’s right because it’s been a terrible run of late for Big Blue.

And about Rhule taking that job... no one likes getting stood up. Giants fans are not happy GM David Gettleman could not get him in the door to have a conversation. The lack of a visit does not help New York's morale and has fans sulking over the layers of issues going on with the team.
Now I understand your comment before about what the Panthers told Rhule about Gettleman...you thought they may have poisoned his mind to such an extent he did not even want to speak with the Giants as he was set to after the Panthers.
interesting! any dam thing is possible. we may hear later on depending on things work out for the two teams. but I dont think the Giants lost out. Judge is as good a prospect as Rhule

you in too much pain over Rhule! Rhule is a college coach who is as likely as not...he may or may not be good at NFL level just any new coach..50/50
the Giants did well enuff..at least Judge has lots of NFL experience which is more than Rhule has to offer. Judge is fully highly qualified. I expcet that he will be a decent coach at the least..not an abject failure
what is Rhule going to do..Trade Cam right away? he prolly will..for whom. interesting to see who he goes to if he trades away Cam. and how popular would that be with the Panther faithful?

As John Mara introduces Joe Judge he said during interview he showed proven confidence, leadership and knowledge how to build a winning program... and that Judge has been on their radar for several years.

Coach Judge: What I'm about is an old-school, physical mentality. We're going to put a product on the field that the region will be proud of.
